Namsan Tower is one of the ultimate tourist destinations, but don’t be surprised when you see an astounding amount of Korean couples going along the bus ride up with you. The tower is a classic date spot with the addition of a deck filled with locks attached to the railings, love heart benches and a website that aims to attract couples more than anyone. There is a lot to do in and around the tower, there are arcade games inside as well as a souvenir area at the top where you can send a postcard home! I’d recommend visiting at night time to get the glow of the city below, but daytime has its own unique qualities too.
